Delete Your Account

You can delete your Pokeo account and all your data at any time, directly in the app — no need to contact us.

In the app

The fastest way:

• Open the Settings tab in Pokeo
• Select "Delete account"
• Confirm

Your account is deleted right away and you're signed out. This can't be undone.

Can't access the app?

Email tech@pokeo.onlineand include enough information for us to verify it's you. We typically process these requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

We permanently remove:

• Your profile — contact details, display name, and avatar
• Reminders and nudges you've created
• Notification preferences and security settings
• Your blocked-users list
• Device push tokens

We may keep limited information where legally required, or to protect against fraud and misuse — only for as long as needed, then it's deleted too. Note that a nudge you sent to someone else stays in their account until they remove it.
